**Day 1 – Arrival in Lima**

Reception at Lima airport upon your arrival to take you to your hotel in Lima.

**Day 2 – Lima + City Tour**

Breakfast at the hotel, and at the indicated time, we will pick you up to start the city tour of colonial and modern Lima with a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean.
**Modern Lima:** We will tour the modern districts of Miraflores and San Isidro. On the way, we will see the Huaca Pucllana, a pre-Inca ceremonial temple in the shape of a pyramid that has survived Lima’s urban expansion.
**Colonial Lima:** Later, we will visit the historic center of Lima, named a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site. On this tour, we will discover what was the center of the Spanish colony in the 16th century.
We will end with a visit to the Convent of Santo Domingo, where the relics of three Peruvian saints are preserved: Santa Rosa de Lima, San Martín de Porres, and San Juan Macías.

**Day 3 – Lima/Paracas/Lima + Ballestas Islands + Nazca Lines/Lima**

Breakfast at the hotel, and at 04:15 we will pick you up at the hotel to board the bus to the city of Paracas (3h15 trip). Upon arrival, we will head to the port of Paracas to embark on a fascinating boat ride to the Ballestas Islands (2-hour tour). During this journey through Peru’s most famous islands, we will enjoy magnificent rock formations sculpted by nature, home to Humboldt penguins, sea lions, and a multitude of seabirds. We will also see the famous “Candelabro” geoglyph.
At 10:00, we will have free time for a nice breakfast.
Then, we will head to the Ica aerodrome to board our flight over the enigmatic Nazca Lines.
At the end of the day, we will transfer to the bus station to return to Lima.

**Day 4 – Lima/Cusco + City Tour**

Breakfast at the hotel, and at the indicated time, transfer to Lima airport to board your flight to the city of Cusco. Upon arrival in Cusco, transfer to the hotel.
In the afternoon, at the indicated time, we will pick you up to start the city tour, visiting the Qorikancha or Golden Temple, considered the most important religious center of the Incas. Then, we will tour the city of Cusco, built on the foundations of Inca palaces. We will also visit the Plaza de Armas and the Cusco Cathedral to admire its beautiful architecture and colonial paintings. Later, we will take transportation to visit four nearby archaeological sites. In Sacsayhuamán, we will appreciate its impressive stone walls and learn about the construction techniques used by the Incas. We will continue the tour to the ceremonial centers of Qenqo, Puka Pukara, and Tambomachay.

**Day 5 – Cusco/Sacred Valley of the Incas/Cusco**

Breakfast at the hotel, and at the indicated time, we will pick you up to begin the tour of the Sacred Valley. On this excursion, you will visit the town of Písac, a beautiful village in the valley rich in culture, in addition to its ruins. You will also visit the fortress of Ollantaytambo, the last Inca city, and see numerous remains of Inca civilization. During the tour, we will stop for lunch. At the end of the tour, we will take you back to your hotel.

**Day 6 – Cusco/Machu Picchu/Cusco**

Breakfast at the hotel. At the indicated time, we will pick you up to take you to the train station, which will take you to Machu Picchu. Upon arrival, you will start your tour of the archaeological site of Machu Picchu, the lost city of the Incas, and discover one of the Seven Wonders of the World. At the end of your visit to Machu Picchu, you will return by train to the city of Cusco, for your transfer to the hotel.

**Day 7 – Cusco**

Breakfast at the hotel. Free day to enjoy the city of Cusco.
